About Maddie

A little about me; I have been working with kids of all ages for a long time, over eight years. I worked as an assistant teacher for a preschool for a while before Covid. After that I worked in after care with older school age kids before I started getting into nannying. That being said I have a lot of experience with infants and most of my daycare experience is with toddlers and preschool age. I have a pretty healthy mix of experience from newborns to school age. I feel I'm good with kids because I like to have fun but I'm also able to set boundaries and be firm. I'm would also consider myself a pretty organized and clean person but I'm not afraid to get messy having some fun! I would consider myself a very creative and artsy person, and I feel that plays a big role in the way I view learning and play. I am a huge supporter of child based learning and that's why I love nannying so much. You're able to teach and adapt to the way a particular child learns and grows.
