Hi! My name is Maddie and I would love to be your nanny! For the past ~3 years, I have been a nanny for a family in Falls Church, now 3, 5, and 7 yrs old. Before this, I cared full time for two children, 4 yr and 1 yr, for a full year. I graduated college in Dec 2020, majoring in Spanish. While in college, I student-taught in several different grade level classrooms. I have taken several courses on early childhood development and education. I love field trips, long walks and learning together with the children I care for. I have been in childcare most of my life for family members. I have been with independent families for about 11 years. I am fluent in Spanish and more than willing to tutor. I am very active with the kids I care for. We visit many places like parks, zoos, splash pads, monuments and anything else adventurous. I can do the children's laundry, housekeeping, cooking, run errands, and help with homework. I don't smoke and have my own transportation.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have had Maddie as a nanny to our 3 children since our youngest was an infant 2 1/2 years ago. We have high standards and expectations for anyone caring for our children and Maddie has far exceeded them. She is responsible and loving, smart and kind, gentle and playful, but firm when needed. Maddie is an excellent communicator, organized, and always willing and able to carry out tasks and plans set-forth for the children. She keeps them busy and engaged and patiently helps with homework and teaching them new skills when needed. Maddie is a gem and any family would be lucky to have her as a trusted caregiver. While we no longer need a nanny, we hope that Maddie will remain a part of our family. Our children adore her and so do we!
