About Madalyn

Hi! I'm Maddie, a 22-year-old student at Sacramento State University studying Child and Adolescent Counseling. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I have 4 years of experience working in after-school programs, where I've led activities, helped with homework, managed groups of children, and built positive relationships with kids and families. In addition, I've worked as a nanny for two families and have several years of babysitting experience, caring for children of all ages from infants to school-aged kids. I understand that every child is unique, and I strive to provide patient, reliable, and engaging care that meets each family's needs. Whether it's arts and crafts, outdoor play, homework help, bedtime routines, or simply being a trusted and caring presence, I love helping children thrive.
