I have worked for approximately 15 years helping raise babies for several families, who gave me the opportunity to care for the most valuable thing in their lives; their precious children. My work is based on my experience as a mother and as nanny, I'm always willing to consider and I'm also willing to learn how to be that necessary help in every home where the doors open for me. I understand and speak very little English, but the doesn't stop me from doing my job, if needed I will use translator when necessary and have the opportunity for the child I care for to learn a little Spanish.

Asking Madaly to care for our little one has been the best decision we've made and losing her will be the hardest reality of moving. If we could take her with us, I wouldn't hesitate. Madaly started caring for our daughter when she was 4 months old and her intuition, patience, and kindness (as both a career nanny and mommy) were reassuring and invaluable to us as first-time parents. Madaly is dependable, conscientious, and always put our daughter's interests first. She wasn't afraid to voice her opinion or make recommendations but did so with the utmost respect for our preferences as parents. We know little Spanish but found creative ways around the language barrier; we never had a problem. She never leaves a room out of place and always pays attention to the details-ensuring toys are put away, bottles are washed, and laundry is folded. We are grateful for the role Madaly has played in our daughter's life and the support she has provided our family. We recommend her without hesitation.
