About Mackenzie

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in helping elementary through high school students master Math, Business, and the performing arts. I believe every student thrives when provided with personalized support in an engaging, patient environment. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world connections. I break complex concepts into manageable steps to build your momentum and celebrate every milestone along the way. Open communication is my priority, as I believe a collaborative relationship between student, parent, and tutor is essential for success. Nothing beats the reward of witnessing your "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am truly passionate about helping you grow your confidence and discover how enjoyable learning can be.
