About Mackenzie

Hi families! My name is Mackenzie, and I have a strong background in childcare and developmental support. I currently work full-time as a Staff Trainer at Living Resources, where I train direct care professionals who support people with disabilities. I also have hands-on experience working with both children and adults with developmental disabilities. Previously, I was a nanny and taught in an integrated preschool classroom for three years, supporting children of varying abilities. I am CPR certified, prioritize safety, and provide fun, engaging educational activities that encourage learning through play. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping related to the children. I am looking for as-needed opportunities rather than a set full-time schedule. Please keep me in mind for date nights, weekend care, or occasional evening support.
