About Mackenzie L

I am currently going into my 3rd year at UCSB and have been tutoring elementary through high school level students for the past 4 years! Additionally, this past Summer I began a tutoring position at UCSB as the lower division Economics and Statistics tutor, helping 1st and 2nd year students in the major. When tutoring, my focus remains on developing strategies and lesson plans specific to the student's individual needs so they can better understand their curriculum. I can help with school work as well as College Application and Essay Assistance! After applying to many different schools, I have learned the ins and outs of developing successful college applications and would love to share some tips that can help students. While I am mostly looking to tutor, I also have babysitting & nannying experience ages 11 months - 16 years for the past 5 years. Please feel free to reach out with any questions :)
