I struggled with deciding to rate as I have no personal qualms against Mackenzie. She is very friendly, sweet, and helpful/willing to do the work. The issue that comes in to play is that she works slowly (cleaning) and can get fixated on doing one particular task overly thoroughly, leaving other things to be done. I gave her four stars because if you have light housework or other needs like childcare, I would feel comfortable reaching out about those things. Unfortunately, if you have a very big job like mine, I would work with someone with more experience in that area specifically. Overall, she's worth being hired, but probably not for huge cleaning jobs without more time in that area.
