About Mackenzie

Ive been working in childcare for a little over eight years. I adore entertaining infants and children along with keeping them on their toes. Ive babysat newborns straight from the hospital through 6-year-olds. I have also babysat 11-13-year-olds. In the past I've brought the kids swimming and to the zoo. I' m willing to do anything to have fun with the children as long as the parents approve. To tell you a little about myself, I love sports and being active. This being said I love taking the kids out side and keeping them as active as I can. I also enjoy being creative doing arts and crafts. I've taken CPR and a child development class, learning the development of a child from birth to school age. I also taken several nutrition and wellness and culinary classes which taught me everything from basic cooking skills and safety to cooking from scratch. I also have experience with special needs children, from my current job. I have two kids of my own ages four and two.
