About Mackenzie

As a nurturing caregiver with six years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to creatively engage with kids and make a positive impact on their lives. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. My calm and patient demeanor allows me to effectively enforce household rules while maintaining a friendly and approachable rapport with children. From outdoor games and physical activities to educational games that promote learning, I enjoy a variety of games that cater to different interests and age groups. I can comfortably care for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens, and I have my AA college degree that further enhances my childcare knowledge. I'm in my Elementary Education field right now while getting my masters in Special Education!
