About Mackenzie

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, empathetic, and passionate. I like working with kids because it is rewarding. I love seeing how pure kids can be and love to watch them become their own person. I'm looking for a job that can support my chaotic schedule as a college student. In all other aspects, I am quite flexible! I started working with kids when I was a 12. This started with babysitting my neighbors(4 & 9) for three years. I then babysat an 11-year-old for 2 more years after. In my spare time, I like to bake, draw. It takes my mind off of the little things that cause me stress and eases my mind. My skills include patience, compassion, and problem solving. A child's feelings are always my top priority when I am watching them. If by any chance they are in a situation in which it is not safe for them to be in, I will act swiftly and accordingly to ensure they are unharmed, mentally and physically.
