Hello, my name is Mackenzie, and I currently work as front desk at a Pediatric Clinic in Portland. I was previously a nanny to a wonderful family with 3 kiddos. I started when their youngest was a baby and stayed on while there family grew to one with 3 kiddos and German shepherd.
