About Mackenzie

I'd describe my personality as caring, loyal, and friendly. I enjoy putting a smile on people's faces and making the best out of every situation. I am a good listener, am dependable, and very flexible so I will be willing to work with changes to schedules if needed. I like working with kids because they remind me to not take life so seriously and help me to be more creative. We can learn a lot from children and it's exciting to spend time and have fun with them. I also appreciate the practice that I can get as I hope to have kids of my own one day. I started working with kids about 7 years ago when I started high school. I have 2 younger cousins that I babysat frequently, I helped babysit and pet sit around my neighborhood, and during my senior year I worked at the after school care program at Johnson Ranch Elementary School. In my spare time, I like to read, watch my favorite tv shows and movies, and hang out with my friends and family. I like to color and paint too.
