I am open to all types of roles and dynamics, especially nanny shares and date nights/one time. 16yrs experience with a wide range of ages and various childcare, teaching and home management skills. I am excellent at providing age-appropriate play-based learning activities and happy to include ASL. I prefer no screen time. I approach caregiving with a gentle parenting style, honoring a child's needs while modeling emotional regulation skills and communication. I am very experienced with housework, cleaning, and healthy cooking. Nutrition is a passion of mine as I am educated in holistic health and wellness. I have a spotless driving record. I can only accept roles 40+/hr at this time. In exception, I can consider slightly less per hour for recurring roles allowing me to work my remote role simultaneously for part of the time. Thank you!

We recently interviewed Mackensie to watch our 3 children (1, 7, 10) and thought she was wonderful. She seemed very reliable and organized and interacted great with the kids. Especially the 1 year old. We ended up choosing someone with more experience and the possibility to work full-time and Mackensie will be going back to school in January. We will definitely use her to babysit on weekends and evenings when we need help. I would highly recommend meeting with her. -Amy
