Hi there! I'm an experienced Nanny who has worked in childcare for 7+ years, currently looking to work in a full or possible part time position with an inclusive family. My experience involves ages 9 months - 12 years old through Nannying, Pre-K & school aged classrooms, as well as working with children on the spectrum in a therapy setting. I'm certified through Washington DCYF trainings, and I've taken classes in Child Psychology and Development in college. I love outdoor play & exploring, creative games, and crafts are my favorite! My philosophy includes patiently utilizing a routine that encourages mutual respect, healthy & appropriate development, activities that involve learning, and open communication with parents.
