Hi my name is Maci. I am a graduate of Louisiana State University where I majored in Communication Disorders. I am currently in my 3rd year working as a school based speech language pathologist assistant. I work with students pre-k through 12th grade. Due to working in the school system I have my summers off. I have previously nannied for a family of 3 little ones for 2. 5 years before moving to Austin. I love working with children and being able to provide support families needing any extra help.

I hired Maci to bridge the gap between the end of my 6-year-old son's summer program and the start of school so that I could go to work during the day, and she exceeded my expectations in every sense of the phrase. Maci was by far the best babysitter that I've ever interacted with - very mindful of the expectations I outlined, and also considerate of my son's sometimes frustrating yet valid feelings. She actually put in the effort to engage with him on his level, which is a hard quality to find in people. She's a good human being, which is exactly the kind of person I want around my son when I'm not there. I'd hire Maci again in a heart beat.
