Hello there! My name is Mac. I have nannied/babysat for many families over the past 15 years. I have cared for children ranging in age from newborns to 13-year-olds. While I typically work with three to four kids at a time, I have taken care of up to 12 children on my own and am happy and prepared to work with any age and number of children. I love working with kids and am always attempting to get them away from the TV/iPad, and out involved in some form of physical exertion. A tired kid is a happy kid. Well, sometimes. :) Currently, I am a student at UCSC and am looking for a little babysitting here and there, to fill in the gaps of my schedule. Currently seeking to fill Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (with occasional Saturdays available as well). If you are simply looking for someone to fill in for date nights or occasional daytime stretches, keep my number in your back pocket. We hired Mac to look after our 8 month old son while we were on a week long holiday in Aptos. Mac helped us out on short notice over a few days and evenings and was gracious and flexible with our timings which was very much appreciated. She is a natural with babies, I felt quickly at ease as she clearly knows what she is doing. My son took to her immediately. On top of that Mac was very proactive and tidied up around the house, folded laundry etc. with us barely needing to ask. A mother's dream! Would recommend to anyone.
