About Maayan

Hi, I have over 10 years of experience teaching preschool- high school aged kids and working as a drama and dance director! I most recently worked as a counselor for two years in a mental health and substance abuse recovery program. After working as a counselor I started my own life coaching I personally struggle with ADD and executive functioning disorder, so I understand the struggle! I had to learn how to become organized and efficient even though my brain didn't naturally function that way and now I am passionate about helping others! The reason I am so passionate about helping others is because I remember how much my ADD and executive functioning disorder affected my confidence and how much support I really needed throughout my childhood because of it. I learned if you have the right kind of support, you will be able to learn better functioning skills, and and naturally your confidence will improve! I can help!
