About Lyn

I am a nurturing, caring and responsible woman who loves healthy lifestyles, nutrition and teaching new skills to children. I am also a gluten-free chef and have celiac disease so I create delicious, gluten-free meals, but can prepare delicious food for everyone. I have raised and cared for children with disabilities and food allergies so would be available to assist in a medical situation.
