About Lynn

Hello ! I have many years of experience caring for infants and toddlers . I'm patient and friendly , very compassionate and caring with a personality I would describe as nurturing. I was a registered nurse working in the areas of labor and delivery and newborn care for 10 years as well as an advice nurse and a care manager for chronic disease management. After retiring from nursing I was a nanny for 2 infants who lived in side by side homes. At the same time I babysat 2 toddlers in the evenings . I helped care for my 2 grandsons from the ages of newborn until school age. I was also recently employed at a day care in the infant room where we cared for 12 babies. I enjoy singing age appropriate songs, reading to and playing age appropriate games to the children I'm caring for. I am very comfortable caring for infants and excel at infant care.. I am eager to bring my skills and passion for childcare to your family.
