I am really impressed with the service she provides and the fact that she goes out of her way. I have to say that her flexibility makes our work possible and our life much easier! She is responsible, caring, honest, communicative and on-time throughout her employment with me. She is also open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my baby to be cared for, yet still offering her advice based on her experience when watching the development of my baby.
