I will be graduating with a M. A. in Theatre History and Criticism this May. After majoring in Theatre from UVA in 2015, I taught children in various capacities in the classroom for roughly four years, mainly grades K-2 as a TA, Drama Teacher, and After School Teacher to K-5. I also gained paid experience working in UVA's Center for Teaching Excellence. I am currently TA-ing undergrads as well as studying the practice of arts integration techniques in elementary curriculum. My nannying experiences have often morphed into something more akin to those of a regular teacher (i. e. structuring curriculum on a day-to-day basis).I enjoy using teaching techniques to prepare children for the school year ahead, such as instruction in reading, writing and math. I lead children in engaging arts and crafts. I'd love to send over my C. V. I am fully-vaccinated, First Aid/CPR certified, and have a reliable car.
