About Lynley

I have a BS in Psych: Brain & Behavioral Sciences + minor in ASL & Deaf Studies, so I am fully prepared to sign with kids if that is helpful/needed! :-) I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, compassionate, + patient! I love working with kids because I love their personalities, and spending time with them helps me remember to appreciate the small things. I'm looking for a job that is consistent. I prefer to know all rules right off the bat to ensure I am doing exactly what is expected of me at all times. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. My little sister was born when I was 16, so my life has fully revolved around her since then! In my spare time, I like to clean/organize! You should know that I had a partial facial reconstruction + TBI, so I cannot withstand any blows to my face/head. Older children with tendencies to express physical aggression will likely not be a suitable fit for me. My skills include patience, teaching, and communication.
