I'd describe my personality as: polite, kind, respectful, and empathetic. I like caring for seniors because seniors tell great stories, and provide a lot of wisdom. Seniors express their wants and needs. I'm seeking employment to provide companionship to seniors and/or disabled people. My services include: lightweight lifting assistance, focusing on physical, social, emotional, and mental support, as well as, meal preparation, laundry, running errands, light housekeeping, playing games, watching T. V. , and having conversations ; as well as; accompanying clients to social outings and doctors' appointments. Starting at 12 years old, I provided after school companionship for a bedridden 84-year-old woman, Mrs. Wagner, Running errands, sitting and talking, crocheting, and watching TV. I was a caregiver for my mother for several years after a stroke and a heart attack until her passing. I have studied information published by NIH.
