About Lyliana

We hired Lyliana in November when our son S. was just under 5 months old. Our plan was to keep him home through the winter to get through flu and sickness season, and we couldn’t have asked for a better nanny to care for him during that time. From day one, Lyliana has been absolutely amazing with S. She supported us with baby-led weaning during feedings, helped establish a healthy nap schedule, and played such an active role in his development. Thanks to her patience and encouragement, he made huge strides in his motor skills. Learning to crawl, pull himself up, and even wave hello. Watching her work with him has been such a joy.
