About Lyla

Hi! My name is Lyla, and I'm a rising sophomore at NC State with over 8 years of babysitting and childcare experience. I've cared for children of all ages, from infants to older kids, and I genuinely love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I bring patience, reliability, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to every job. My experience includes nannying, recurring babysitting, school pickup/drop-off, meal/snack prep, bedtime routines, homework help, light housekeeping, and keeping kids engaged through crafts, outdoor activities, and creative play. I also have experience caring for children with autism and nonverbal children. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and can provide references upon request. I also have years of dog sitting and pet care experience through fostering and caring for my own pets.
