About Lydia

I'd describe my personality as fun, creative, and patient. I like working with kids because they see the world in an amazing way! I love to be able to teach them some things and see the world through their eyes. I'm looking for a job that has a flexible schedule and to be able to connect with a family. I started working with kids when I was around 14, and have been nannying ever since I was able to drive! One thing you should know about me is I love to have fun, I love to play, and I love to get to know new people. It's one of the best parts of nannying is getting to know a new family and be a small part in their little world. My skills include my creativity, using it to entertain yet take care of the young ones. Also my improv funnily enough comes in handy while hanging out with the kiddos, using it for both entertaining and also sometimes imploring rules! Also, I think I am really skilled at de-escalating situations while keeping things fun.
