About Lydia

I have over 5 years of childcare experience, beginning with helping my grandmother run her home daycare at a young age. Since then, I've worked as a private nanny and most recently served as Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club, where I created safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching environments for children of all ages. I'm pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, and I love applying what I learn to help kids grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I have experience supporting children with asthma, severe food allergies, and unique needs, and I'm confident staying calm in any situation. Families I've worked with appreciate my ability to balance fun, structure, and safety. I'm happy to provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands in addition to childcare. I look forward to partnering with a family full time to support both parents and children with reliable, compassionate care.
