About Lydia

Hello! I'm a young professional living in Washington, D. C. I've been babysitting since I was 14-years-old and am the oldest of three, with a brother who is 12 years younger than me so I had lots of practice with diapers growing up. I've babysat/nannied all ages, including infants, toddlers and middle-schoolers. I've helped parents with everything from driving kids to basketball practices to summer camp pick-up and leading at-home art projects. I also have prior work experience at a tutoring company and have independently tutored elementary-level English, Reading and Math and have helped high school students with college essay writing. I graduated from Syracuse University with a dual degree in Journalism and Political Science.
