About Lydia

Hi there, my name is Lydia! With years of professional childcare experience, I bring a deep understanding and passion for nurturing young minds. Growing up as the eldest in a family of 8, childcare has been no stranger to me from a young age. My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $20/hour for one child. I have worked for 1 family full time, for a year and a half. I'm CPR certified, have a car, and have taken courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a routine-focused and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I sing, bake and play board games with friends. I look forward to meeting you.
