Hi families! I'm Lydia - a nurturing caregiver and experienced household manager with 10+ years supporting children and busy families. I hold associate degrees in Early Childhood Education, Behavioral Health, and Psychology, along with a CDA and certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, Safe Sleep, and Nutrition. My experience spans Montessori settings, classrooms, private homes, and one-on-one care, allowing me to adapt to each child's unique needs. I create calm, structured, child-led environments that foster independence, emotional growth, and curiosity. I'm empathetic, intuitive, and intentional about bringing out the best in every child and home. I also offer full household support, including scheduling, appointments, school pick-ups/drop-offs, organization, light housekeeping, and meal prep. As a trained pastry chef and certified nutritionist, I enjoy creating balanced, family-friendly meals. I'm reliable, energetic, and love bringing ease, joy, and trust into the homes I serve.
