About Lydia

Hello! My name is Lydia, and I am looking for a fun loving family that wants a nanny who will bring smiles and tons of enthusiasm to work with them day in and day out. If you are searching for a responsible nanny who loves outdoor adventures, making arts and crafts, trying new and exciting games, and helping people learn and pursue their interests, I would be happy to help! I have a degree in art education, and in my student teaching did a split placement between a K-8 and high school in Chicago. While I was in school, I taught, tutored, and even was a job coach for high school students with disabilities. My love for teaching began in adolescence, as I worked and taught at a horseback riding summer camp for many years, as well as nannied throughout my youth and early adulthood. Through my experiences, I have become proficient at creating a safe, empowering, and above all fun learning and living environment.
