Lydia is an amazing caretaker and teacher. She is very patient with our special needs child, and follows his lead and engages with him in ways that are fun and educational. She finds ways to incorporate his interests into learning opportunities. Her past occupation as a special ed teacher comes through very clearly. She’s not just watching our child, she is finding the best approaches to help him develop. Our son has come a very long way thanks to her. She is punctual and responsive. We trust her with our son.
