About Lydia

I am the oldest of six siblings. Other past experiences include teaching Sunday school and babysitting. In my spare time, I like to play music, be outside, and read. One thing you should know about me is I grew up in the countryside of New Mexico as a missionary's kid. I'd describe my personality as cool-headed, passionate, and often humorous. I can be stern when I need to be though. I like working with kids because honestly seeing kids grow and be nurtured is where my desire is and what I want to do the rest of my life. I started working with kids as young as 12, helping out in Sunday school. I was homeschooled though, so I basically have helped with my younger siblings since.... forever. My skills include a comfortableness with kids, getting them to do fun stuff, but also sitting down and being emotionally connected.
