Hi there, my name is Luz prefer to be called Lena. I'm 25 years old! I fell into childcare 8 years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full time position, with a minimum of a one-year commitment, I have worked for 3 families, one for two years, and the others for 18 months each. I have my own vehicle. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. In my personal time I love to cook fancy dishes, write screenplays, and play board games with my friends.
