About Luz

Luz began caring for my daughter when she was 7 months old, and she quickly became such an important part of her life and our family. She played a huge role in helping my daughter reach milestones like walking, talking, and learning to eat independently, always with patience, encouragement, and genuine love. Luz is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She cooked healthy, nutritious meals, prepared bottles, fed her, took her on walks, and always tidied up after meals and playtime. She put real care into planning my daughter’s days, suggesting age-appropriate toys and activities and making sure her time was both engaging and fun. She introduced her to the local library, which became her favorite place, and found local music classes that my daughter truly enjoyed. Throughout the day, Luz stayed in communication and shared pictures and videos of playtime, activities, and meals, which I really appreciated and loved seeing. What truly sets Luz apart is how much she genuinely cares. She went above and beyond in ways that were never expected, including staying until midnight to help build a balloon arch for my daughter’s first birthday, bringing her a thoughtful gift, and helping me put up our Christmas tree. These moments meant so much to us and really show the kind of person she is. Luz was also wonderful with our two dogs, who absolutely adored her and would always wait for her to arrive. She is warm, reliable, nurturing, and someone I completely trusted with my child. Luz is incredibly helpful, and any family would be lucky to have her.
