I am a certified postpartum doula and newborn care professional specializing in overnight support for infants. I provide calm, attentive, and nurturing care so parents can rest, recover, and feel confident during the first months at home. My support includes feeding assistance, diapering, soothing, swaddling, safe sleep practices, newborn routines, and tracking feeds, sleep, and diapers. I also offer age-appropriate sensory activities, tummy time, singing, and reading. I am happy to assist with baby laundry, bottle and pump-part care, and light newborn-related household tasks. I am CPR and First Aid trained, TrustLine certified, and committed to clear communication. I provide written updates and follow each family's preferred routines, parenting choices, and communication style. I am dependable, patient, non-smoking, comfortable with pets, and have reliable transportation. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
