About Lumi

Hi, I'm Lumi, a warm, creative, and dedicated early childhood educator with four years of experience working with children from toddlers through school-age. I've worked as a toddler through pre-kindergarten teacher, camp counselor, and in before-and-after care, and babysitter. Creating playful, safe, and supportive spaces where kids feel confident to learn and be themselves. I'm 90-hour preschool certified, CPR/First Aid/AED certified, trained in ADA support and challenging behaviors, with experience with neurodivergent children and child with special needs. I'm currently in college majoring in early childhood education because caring for kids has always been my dream. I'm patient, nurturing, full of positive energy in every visit. I'm highly recommended by families, and references are available upon request. I do mainly travel using Metro and Bus and bike.
