About Luke

Hi, My name is Luke. I am a Mechanical Engineer who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Iowa State University in 2021 with a 3. 96 GPA. I currently work for Renewal by Andersen as a manufacturing engineer, and I love my math and science. I have experience working with children grades 2nd through 8th. That experience comes from working multiple years at summer daycare centers during my high school summers. I worked as a tutor and teacher's assistant in college for classes like Thermodynamics and Fluid Motion. I loved every second of it. I strive not only to equip my students with the tools to succeed in the course(s) they struggle with but also equip them with the tools to succeed in life. I do this by uniquely understanding the student's temperaments and curtailing motivational structures to best fit the student.
