Luisa joined our family four years ago as a full-time nanny for our 3-month old son. She was loving, calm and careful, and very knowledgeable about newborns - which was extremely helpful and reassuring to us as first-time parents! Luisa was always mindful of our particular needs and preferences and helped us put our son on a sleep schedule. And, when our second son was born, Luisa was invaluable support as we adjusted to life as a family of 4 with two working parents. Over the years, she was always one step ahead, helping us transition our children to the next phase of development - e.g., transitioning to solids, eating independently, dressing themselves, transitioning from crib to bed, etc. Our boys are now 4.5 years old and 2.5 years old. They absolutely adore Luisa, and thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with her. We highly recommend Luisa as a nanny/babysitter!
