Luisa was amazing with our 5 year old son! She was prompt with her arrival to the hotel, was knowledgeable about children and comfortable with setting boundaries and gently enforcing said boundaries with our strong-willed child. Louisa was flexible and gracious when we asked if she could stay an extra 30 minutes as our dinner went over time. Louisa took our LO to the beach, had him bathed, fed and ready for bed when we returned. We will be hiring Louisa again next time we’re in Palm Beach!
