Luisa cared for my Grandfather for 13 years and is very skilled both medically but also with handling mood swings and administrative tasks. She has a practical mind and a can do attitude. They became good friends and he relied on her for mail and bills as he lost his sight and mobility. He had round the clock care and she was his preferred person for trips to the doctor and bank, etc. She was always respectful but not a pushover. I cannot recommend Luisa more highly. As the closest relative who lived thousands of miles away she helped me navigate the necessary decisions and it was a true blessing to rely on her experience and care.
