My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendliness, allows me to easily connect with children and build lasting relationships. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day through written daily reports and text or phone calls. When it comes to household rules, I prioritize discussing and aligning expectations with parents to ensure a consistent and harmonious environment. My approach to play is diverse, ranging from educational games that promote learning to sports and board games. In addition to childcare, I am happy to assist with carpooling, housekeeping, anything asked of me.
