About Lucy Moore

Experience: 4 yrs

Hi! I'm an undergraduate student, I babysat all four years of high school and have experience with children ranging from newborns to middle schoolers. I tutored kindergartners in reading throughout high school and in college I mentor middle schoolers through a program focused on academic support and social emotional learning. I also previously worked at a summer camp (Sprout Brooklyn). I am patient, attentive, and I love keeping kids engaged through activities, trips to the park, and spending time outside!

Lucy has watched our two kids several times over the years, and she has always been wonderful. We consistently come home to a tidy house and kids who are happily tucked into bed. Our children absolutely adore Lucy — not because she lets them do whatever they want, but because she is warm, engaging, and great at holding boundaries in a kind and respectful way. We trust her completely and truly cannot recommend her highly enough.
