About Lucy

Aloha families. I have proudly dedicated the past seven years to working with children and supporting their individual needs. As a certified Substitute teacher with a Psychology degree, I have extensive coursework and experience in Early Childhood Development. I bring a warm, patient, creative, and dependable presence to every family I work with. I currently teach, which has given me years of hands-on experience creating engaging learning environments, understanding children's behavior, and helping children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. My experience also includes caring for children with a wide range of personalities, ages, and needs. Having a brother with autism has given me a meaningful personal understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, flexibility, and celebrating each child for who they are. I value clear and consistent communication with parents. I strive to create an environment where every child feels seen, valued, encouraged, and confident.
