About Lucy

Hi! I'm Lucy, and I just moved to Brooklyn and would love to pickup some part time child care and tutoring work while I finish my PhD in Music Composition at Princeton. I absolutely love spending time with children! I have an active 4-year-old nephew I love caring for, and I have 1. 5 years experience teaching choir class to 3rd-5th grade students, camp counseling experience at Arrowbear Music Camp's overnight elementary session for 3 summers during college, and during the pandemic I tutored a 5th grader and an 8th grader for a yeqr. I am a composer, singer, cellist, and I love making jewelry and designing and decorating and painting my home and my friends' homes, so I would be happy to incorporate some music and arts/crafts stuff into your child's care as well. I would love to babysit, help with pickups/dropoffs, tutor, teach music (theory, composition, singing), or any other help you might need to make your household run smoothly and happily.
