Lucy responded to an ad I posted. I replied to her immediately and asked if we could speak in the next two days. She said yes but didn't give me a way to get in touch after my follow up request. She immediately viewed that email and one more I sent following up, then ignored both. No professional courtesy. Why bother proactively applying for a job then blow off a hopeful family?
