Hi families! I'm Lucille, and caring for children and supporting families isn't just my job - it's something I've devoted my life to. With over 20 years of experience, I've worked as a preschool teacher, full-time nanny, and household manager. I spent a decade teaching2-year-olds, then transitioned into private home settings where I supported busy families with multiple children, managed daily logistics, coordinated schedules, and kept homes running smoothly. I'm CPR & First Aid certified and comfortable with everything from newborn care and postpartum support to school pickups, activity schedules, travel prep, vendor coordination, and light home organization. I'm dependable, organized, nurturing, and understand how valuable it is to have someone you truly trust in your home. My goal is always to make parents' lives easier while creating a safe, structured, and loving environment for their children.
