About Lucille

I like working with animals because I grew up with them! I grew up on a farm. My house peaked at 4 dogs and 4 cats at the same time! As a kid I helped raise 20+ goats, 40+ rabbits, 3 horses and donkeys, and 40+ chickens at any given time! There is nothing I love more than spending time with animals. I want to spend time getting to know and taking care of peoples pets -- a pet is a family member, and there is no greater honor than being entrusted with someone's family! In my spare time, I write, draw, paint, and read. I'm a painting and printmaking major/creative writing minor at VCU. I also love music and go to lots of concerts, and when the weather is nice I'm usually at the river soaking up the sun! I take animals' physical AND emotional well-being EXTREMELY seriously. I was a lonely kid growing up and animals were my best friends. I have no patience for people who don't respect animals, and I will always do my utmost to keep your pet safe, cared for, and happy.
