About Lucia

Hi there! My name is Lucy, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life. I've worked with kids in a variety of settings, from babysitting and nannying to leading after-school programs and even supporting students abroad as a Language and Culture Assistant in Spain. I hold bachelor's degrees Education and in Psychology from Chapman University and a master's in Counseling from the University of San Diego, which has given me a deep understanding of child development and emotional wellbeing. Families describe me as warm, reliable, and creative. I love finding ways to make each day fun and engaging, whether that's planning activities, helping with routines, or offering gentle structure that supports learning and growth. I've cared for children from infancy through middle school, including experience with infants as young as five months. With my background in education and counseling, I bring both compassion and professionalism to every family I work with.
